Lenticular Clouds, also known as the "Sierra Wave" over Emerald Bay. I have always wanted a very interesting, pink sky at this location, as I think deep sunset colors play very well against the deep blue waters of Lake Tahoe. It took me many years to get an image I was happy with, but I think the Lenticular Clouds gave it the perfect texture & color.
